Coming into the wetter seasons itās time to start thinking more about how watertight your roof and guttering really is š§ļøš
The boys at T&T Roofing Bendigo have been flat out this week travelling all around Bendigo, Castlemaine, Daylesford and surrounding areas completing:
šØ Two gutter replacements on sheds
šØ Another full residential gutter replacement booked this coming week
šØ Roof leak repairs caused by old failed flashing
šØ Plus we even snuck in a full roof paint restoration while the weather gave us a couple nice clear days āļø
A lot of the guttering weāre seeing lately is badly rusted, falling incorrectly or in some cases almost non-existent after years of wear and storm damage.
One recent home had active water ingress caused by old deteriorated flashing no longer doing its job properly a small issue that can quickly turn into expensive ceiling and water damage if left too long.
š¾ Coraās Roofing Tip of the Week
If your gutters are:
ā Rusted
ā Overflowing
