Hi again, friends! It’s Cora here your favorite four legged site supervisor at T&T Roofing Bendigo! 🐶 This week, I’ve been sniffing around some homes that waited a little too long to check their roofs. You know what that means... leaks, rust and insurance headaches! 😬

We recently visited a property where the roof had been painted over rust and old silicone yep, not ideal! My advice? Don’t wait until you see water stains on the ceiling or hear drips in the night. A quick inspection today can save thousands down the track.

Here’s what I recommend with a little help from my humans, of course

✅ Check for flaking paint, rust spots or missing screws

✅ Clear leaf litter and debris from valleys and gutters

✅ Book a professional roof inspection if it's been more than 2 years

✅ Don’t patch over problems fix them properly!
